We use honey, dijon mustard, diced celery, and dried cranberries in this mix and it comes out perfect everytime in under 30 minutes! We just love having a batch of chicken salad ready in the fridge during the spring and summer months. I like to make up a double or triple batch of this recipe and keep chilled for a quick lunch or dinner. This Honey Dijon Chicken Salad recipe has been in our family for years and years now! It has the perfect combination of tangy and sweet. This is also my favorite recipe to make up for new moms! Take a sealed container of chicken salad along with a bag of fresh bakery rolls, it’s really the perfect meal for a new baby’s family just coming home from the hospital. It is fool proof and BY FAR the best I have ever had!!! I make it all the time and feel free to sub canned chicken, and omit the cranberries and celery if you don’t have them on hand!! Try it!! Reply
