Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken Dinner By Kelly Miller • October25,2012 • Updated February 1, 2022 • 13 Comments 1.5K 11 Jump to Recipe Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken made with chicken breast, potatoes, carrots, Dijon mustard, and honey. A complete dinner ready in the Crockpot! I feel like I need a disclaimer for every slow cooker recipe I post: “Don’t judge the recipe by the picture.” LOL In general, Crock-Pot meals just don’t photograph well. At least not often in my kitchen! Eh, sprinkle a little parsley over top and call it a day. I’m obsessed with my Crock-Pot and judging by the popularity of my 30 One Step Crockpot Meals post, you are too! So here’s another winner to pin. Fantastic flavor, about 10 minutes prep time, and the entire dinner is ready to serve when done — veggies included! It looks like the potatoes there are little burnt, they’re not. It’s carmelized honey mustard sauce, YUM! The potatoes and carrots literally melt in your mouth, so good.     Looking for more complete meals in the Crockpot?
