I just love those summer nights where you throw a great protein on the grill, rustle up some garden grown veggies for a side dish, and dinner is done. This is a fantastic recipe to prep in the morning and keep in the fridge marinading. These pork chops will be ready to throw on the grill whenever you are ready. I adore recipes that are simple and really easy like this one! How long do pork chops take to grill? Bone in pork chops will take between 15 – 20 minutes to grill, or around 9 minutes per side. What temperature should pork chops be grilled at? We set our grill on high heat, around 500 degrees. Pork chops are cooked when the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Do these pork chops need BBQ sauce? Nope! The marinade is subtle and sweet, we never need bbq sauce on these chops! How to make grilled bone in pork chops: Stir together soy sauce, honey, and water in a small bowl. Place pork chops in a large pan and pour mixture over chops. Cover and marinade in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Remove pork chops from pan and discard marinade. Grill for 9 minutes on one side. Flip chops and grill for 9 minutes on the other side, or until pork chops are done. Serve pork chops immediately!
