All thoughts and opinions are my own. Honey Glazed Chicken Wings with whole chicken wings, BBQ sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Baked in the oven and perfect for your next party at home! There is nothing quite like a basket of hot chicken wings on a chilly fall night, am I right?! Our family frequently gathers around the TV on the weekends to watch whatever game is on, and these Honey Glazed Chicken Wings totally hit the spot. I love serving them in wax paper-lined baskets next to ramekins filled with more KC Masterpiece® Original BBQ Sauce for extra dipping! The first time I made these amazing wings for my family, we couldn’t get enough. I absolutely had to double the recipe! You might need to do so as well, especially if you’re expecting a crowd or for tailgating festivities. These will be thoroughly enjoyed by kids and adults alike, so be sure to put KC Masterpiece on your shopping list the next time you’re at Walmart! It’s easily located in the condiments aisle of Walmart, but I typically just add it to my online grocery pickup. So simple and easy; I don’t know how I completed grocery shopping before! Can these wings be made up ahead of time? Absolutely! Prep a pan (or two or three!) ahead of time, cover with foil, and keep in the fridge until you’re ready to bake and serve. What brand of BBQ sauce is recommended for this recipe? I highly recommend our family’s favorite KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce! This award winning sauce is the perfect blend of tomato, onion, molasses, and spices. It’s also kettle cooked to produce those rich, smoky-sweet flavors. There’s no need to go out to eat when you can bring that BBQ joint flavor to the comfort of your own home! How to make honey glazed chicken wings: In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together the KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce, honey, and soy sauce until smooth. Place chicken wings in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour glaze over wings in pan and bake until chicken is done, turning wings once halfway through cooking time. Serve immediately! I can’t wait to make another batch of these wings for a family movie night—it’s so much fun to make great food at home that the whole family enjoys! What are whole chicken wings? Whole chicken wings include all three parts of the wing: the tip, wingette, and drumette (the meatiest part). I’m able to order these for my weekly Walmart order pickup—they’re available all the time! Whole chicken wings are much better than chicken wing “pieces” because you get much more meat on each wing. Do I use fresh or frozen wings for this recipe? Fresh is best but if you have frozen, just thaw them according to package directions before proceeding with the recipe below.
