I remember making this for my older boys when they were so little. They loved it then and they still do! Beefaroni is great to make at home because it’s so filling and very hearty. Perfect for a chilly night! I love that one batch of this easily feeds a family of 5 – 6. And if your family isn’t that large – just freeze individual serving sizes for great leftovers. Marie says December 27, 2019 at 4:24 pm I really like crushed tomato in this dish. It is a happy medium for me. It is sorta sauce but with a little more stick to the pasta texture. I also add a little sugar to taste and garlic. Reply
