American cheese, diced tomatoes, chiles, and seasonings – perfect for your next party! After testing this recipe through a few times to perfect it to our liking, I brought this Crockpot Queso to our Thanksgiving feast at my Mom’s house. I loved that this dip made A TON and it was a total hit with the fam. Spring for the better quality, deli-sliced fresh American cheese for this recipe. The type of cheese really makes up the majority of this dip, so quality will matter here. It’s so easy to throw together though, you honestly can’t go wrong with this recipe! Serving Crockpot Queso Dip The best part of this recipe is that it’s both prepared, and served in the Crockpot! Stir the ingredients together and cook the Crockpot Queso according to the recipe below, and just add a big bowl of tortilla chip dippers when it’s time to serve. A stack of small appetizer plates would come in handy for guests to scoop out. We ate it directly out of the Crockpot, but our family are heathens like that, so use your discretion. 😉 Crockpot Queso This Crockpot Queso Blanco is the best queso dip recipe EVER!
