  • 14.5 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 4.5 oz chopped green chiles
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 lbs American cheese cubed
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup milk


  1. Place all ingredients, besides tortilla chips, into slow cooker in order as listed. Stir to combine well. Cover and cook on low 2 hours. 

  2. Remove lid and stir well to combine. Keep dip in slow cooker on "keep warm" setting and serve with tortilla chips.
