Delicious and a fun way to serve meatloaf! So, I have a husband who doesn’t care for meatloaf. I’ve attempted it various ways and this is only one of two ways he’ll eat it. I really shouldn’t complain, he pretty much loves everything else I make. Can’t win them all, right? 🙂 These meatloaf bites are so cute! At three to four bites per meatloaf, these are PERFECT for kids. Silas actually saw me editing the photos for this post and asked me where they were because he wanted one! Cutie pie. I served this with a side salad and some rice with corn. Yum! Salsa Meatloaf Bites Salsa Meatloaf Bites made with ground beef, onion, egg, crackers, salsa, and shredded cheddar cheese.
