{Crockpot} Chicken & Stuffing By Kelly Miller • December13,2012 • Updated April 10, 2018 • 15 Comments2.2K1 Is it cold by you right now? Maybe it just seems a lot colder to me now that the sun is down by dinner time every night. So annoying! Don’t get me wrong, I much prefer the colder weather I just wish it wasn’t so dark so early. That’s why I LOVE dinners like this. A hot a hearty meal from the slow cooker that your whole family will gobble up. And did I mention it’s only 4 ingredients?? Perfect for a night of baking, one pot and it’s set! {Crockpot} Chicken & Stuffing from The Pursuit of Happiness 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 6oz package Stove Top stuffing 10oz can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup sour cream Spray inside of slow cooker and place chicken in bottom. Sprinkle dry Stove Top stuffing over chicken. In separate bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Pour over stuffing. Cook on low for 4 hours. Comfort food made even easier! **Be sure to stop by tomorrow for an AMAZING giveaway – my biggest yet!!** Linking up to these fabulous parties. Check them out! 2.2K1

Whitney says December 15, 2012 at 10:24 pm This sounds delicious, but do you really just cook your chicken for four hours on low? I know I always cook chicken for at least twice that in the crock pot. Definitely a must-try though! Whitney @ Fiveminutesformommy.com Reply
Kelly @ Semi Homemade Mom says December 15, 2012 at 11:35 pm I double checked, the original recipe is for 4 hours on low. Definitely test your chicken though, or cook it longer if you want to just be sure. Hope you enjoy it! Reply
