Such a delicious twist on classic sloppy joes! Who can’t resist a good sloppy joe recipe? I know I can’t! They’re easy, messy, and good. The perfect weeknight meal to get the family happy and fed. I saw this variation on the classic sloppy joe and simply had to try it! We’re huge fans of salsa and mexican meals, so it’s no wonder this one went over well in this house. These sloppy joes have a great sweet salsa flavor, double the recipe and keep it warm in a slow cooker to feed a crowd. I served this with some bite sized tortilla chips and extra salsa. How cute are those blue baskets? I snagged them at the dollar spot in Target a while back. Silas loves it when I serve dinner in them! So fun.
