Quesadilla Burgers By Kelly Miller • May2,2014 • Updated January 17, 2022 • 5 Comments 2.2K 28 Jump to Recipe Quesadilla Burgers made with grilled hamburgers served on a melty, cheddar cheese quesadilla, and topped with lettuce and pico de gallo! Burgers are definitely one of my favorite, quick, weeknight meals year-round. In the spring and summer of course we use our gas grill out back. During the winter, we use the counter top grill – works just as good! I usually top the burgers will typical condiments: lettuce tomato, cheese, ketchup, mustard & relish (my favorite). Paul almost always adds sriracha to his! Honestly? He does the cooking on burger night so I’m off, haha! By far though, this quesadilla burger is our favorite. It’s actually my take on the one served at a popular chain restaurant (which shall remain nameless 🙂 – it was always “my burger” when we went out to eat in our dating days. I love that I can use the low carb tortillas for me and the regular ones for the boys, and Paul can still have his spicier than ours. Do you have a favorite way to make burgers? Kelly @ Mostly Homemade Mom says May 3, 2014 at 3:43 pm Probably could, although I've never done that before. I would think it would take a lot less time to melt the cheese, so keep a close eye on the tortillas! Reply
