Pizza Pretzel Munchers By Kelly Miller • January12,2016 • Updated March 3, 2020 • 2 Comments 512 6 Jump to Recipe Pizza Pretzel Munchers made with sourdough pretzel nuggets baked in zesty seasoning and parmesan cheese, perfect for your next game day party. These little guys are addicting! I’m not even kidding you – I totally just had to put the bowl of these little buggers I was eating in the refrigerator because I would have eaten the entire batch myself. I just love carbs. Silas came home from school the other day with a 100% on his spelling test. On top of that, I felt insanely guilty because we were out of juice boxes for his lunch AND bananas for his snack. In my defense, it was a Monday morning and it’s virtually impossible to get to the grocery store on the weekend. PLUS Paul let the boys drink the remaining juice boxes, unbeknownst to me. So I was feeling especially awful when he came home and was super proud to show me his spelling test. Earlier that same day, I was trying out a few snack recipe ideas I had to bring to our usual Game Day party at my parents house. You know… the one where I pretty much get all excited about the food we’re going to snack on and not so much about watching the game? Haha! So I decided we would have a pizza party to try out some new snacks and to celebrate Silas’ school success. It was a lot of fun! Every year around this time, my mind start whirling with snack and appetizer ideas, and I usually try them out on the kiddos first. These Pizza Pretzel Munchers were the HIT of our spontaneous pizza party night – and clearly I can’t control myself around them! Silas, in the same sentence, asked if I could remember his juice box for the next day AND put a baggie of these munchers in his lunch box. I think I can manage that, kiddo. 🙂 My favorite are the ones at the bottom that are mega coated with the cheese and the seasoning. SO good!
