The muffin itself is actually a sweet brown sugar, cinnamon flavor. Then these muffins are topped with cubed pieces of french toast. Basically, these French Toast Muffins are LIFE! Perfect for busy mornings, company coming for brunch, or freezing for later. Your family will adore these! What’s in this recipe? How to make this recipe: In a bowl, whisk together egg, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon. 2. Slice bread into small cubes. 3. Add cubed bread into the egg mixture and allow bread to soak. 4. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir in egg, milk, brown sugar, and melted butter until ingredients are just moistened. 5. Divide muffin batter evenly among 12 paper lined muffin cups. Evenly top each muffin with soaked French toast bread cubes. Bake, cool, and serve! Can these be frozen? Absolutely!
