French bread, eggs, milk, seasonings, and fresh blueberries with a sweet glaze to finish it off – delicious! Our youngest little boy, Reuben, is currently two years old and is a very, VERY active toddler. He had me a little concerned for a bit there because he really wasn’t talking much. He had been saying a handful of words for months, but that was it and he hadn’t started to try any new words for quite a while. Thankfully, about two weeks ago, Reuben decided he was going to talk. Without ceasing. Forever, and ever, Amen. God must be preparing a special place for mothers whose toddlers decide to talk two weeks before Christmas. Right? RIGHT?? Now that he’s figured out he can ask for things, he pretty much doesn’t stop asking for things. I can’t get anything done! Crackers? Fries? Juice? Chickie nug-nugs? Hot dogs? Mickey racers? Oh, and his favorite phrase? STOP IT! It’s been fun, friends. ? I’m not left with spending very much time at all in the kitchen at the moment. I’m absolutely LOVING my slow cooker to get me through this stage. Slow cookers are the family way of putting easy and convenient meals together. The Good Morning Slow Cooker seasoning packets add fresh and rich flavor to any egg casserole or French toast. Add in fresh blueberries and a sweet glaze and this breakfast will have everyone in your family smiling! I’ve made french toast casseroles before, and they usually require you to prepare it the night before to have the bread soak. I was SO impressed with how well this french toast turned out – even better than if I had it soaking all night long – and it only took me a few minutes to stir it together and turn it on! 1.8K 5
