If you have 5 minutes (plus a bit of chilling time) you can make this recipe! The eggnog flavor in this dip is definitely there, but it’s not super strong either which makes it great for people who aren’t eggnog fans to enjoy. In fact, a couple of my kiddos really REALLY do not like eggnog but they ate this dip right up! The kicker on this one is how pretty it is to look at! How to make this recipe: In a large mixing bowl, add in softened cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, eggnog, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg. Blend well with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth. A few small lumps might remain, that’s ok! Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours or, ideally, overnight. Sprinkle chilled dip with extra ground nutmeg and serve with your favorite dippers. Such a great party dip for Christmas or New Year’s Eve! Can this dip be frozen? No, because of the cream cheese the dip wouldn’t thaw correctly. Keep leftover dip in a covered container in the refrigerator and use within 3 days.
