Apple Rice Pudding By Kelly Miller • September23,2012 • Updated February 1, 2022 • 8 Comments 6.2K 5 Jump to Recipe Apple Rice Pudding recipe made with cooked rice, milk, sugar, chopped apples, cinnamon, and vanilla. Made in minutes on the stove top! I have loved rice pudding ever since I was a little girl! I had never actually tried making it at home before. Who knew it was so easy! I still had a bowl full of honey crisp apples from when we went apple picking a few weeks ago and they were starting to get some brown spots. What a great way to use them up! You can eat this warm, but I like eating rice pudding ICE cold. Maybe it reminds me of the days when my sister and I would eat it straight from the Kozy Shack container in the fridge. 🙂    This is such a special treat to give the kiddos for breakfast! Looking for some more yummy apple recipes?
