Pumpkin spice, maple, and whipped cream with your favorite iced coffee - the perfect fall twist to the best drink ever!

It's no secret around here that mommy survives on coffee. My kids know by now that my coffee time in the morning is SACRED to my health, and their health. I'm not even joking, ha!

It's weird though, at home I usually drink hot coffee. The second I leave the house and I'm running errands or out on a fun shopping trip, I NEED an iced coffee in my hands. As I wrote that sentence I just realized how much I'd LOVE to go on a fun shopping trip.

It's been too long.

Oh how I miss those days. Get up, shower when you want. Spend the day at the outlet stores, grab lunch, and then finish up checking out my favorite thrift stores. Come home and relax, excited over the great deals that were had. Sigh...

With the boys, the new baby, working on yummy recipes for the blog here, keeping up with the house (HA), I just do not have time to go out and browse for fun. When I go out I have a very solid objective, accomplish said objective, and return home as quickly as possible. No time for fun, that's for sure! My shopping now is mainly done online, which gets the job done, but definitely not as enjoyable.

It's decided. The next time I'm settling down to do some online shopping, most likely for Christmas gifts, I'll NEED one of these Pumpkin Maple Iced Coffees sitting next to me. Seriously though, this iced coffee is amazing! Real pumpkin puree, International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer, maple extract, spices, all mixed into International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee!

Pumpkin Maple Iced Coffee

  • 2 cups International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Creamer
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ice, whipped cream
Cooking Directions
  1. In a blender, combine iced coffee, pumpkin puree, creamer, extract and spice. Blend until mixed well and frothy.
  2. Add ice to two glasses. Pour iced coffee over ice and top with whipped cream and more spice if desired. Serve immediately.

This is such a yummy treat for a fall day filled with lots of activities!

I'm really in love with this ready-to-drink iced coffee from International Delight - no need to mess with coffee grounds and cheesecloth (if you've tried to make iced coffee at home, you know exactly what I mean). You get authentic coffeehouse taste without all of the coffeehouse hassle! They come in four flavors: Vanilla, Mocha, Caramel Macchiato, or Mocha Light and you can find them in the refrigerated tea/juice section at your local Walmart!
