He’s our guy with a “sweet tooth” so I’m always looking for a fun treat to celebrate his birthday, since he’ll really enjoy and appreciate it! I ran across a recipe for these Peanut Butter REESE’S RICE KRISPIES Treats on Giant grocery store’s website and knew they would be a total hit with him. Honestly, our whole family is obsessed with the chocolate-peanut butter combination in desserts, so I know we’ll all be enjoying these along with him. Seriously, why in the world didn’t I think of that?! Top it with some drizzled melted chocolate and chopped REESE’S MINIS and this typical treat is taken to a whole knew level! Can this be made in the microwave? Yes! Just place the butter and marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl, heat for 2 minutes, stir, and heat for another minute until the marshmallows are smooth. How do I keep everything from sticking to the spatula as I mix it? Spray your spatula or large mixing spoon generously with non-stick spray. No more sticking problems! How to make Peanut Butter REESE’S RICE KRISPIES Treats: Melt butter in a large pot over low heat. Add in JET PUFFED marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are completely melted. Stir in REESE’S Peanut Butter. Stir in KELLOGG’S RICE KRISPIES and turn to coat cereal well. Spread mixture into a pan. Top with melted HERSHEY’S Baking Chips and chopped REESE’S Minis.
