Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.3- Stir well to incorporate all of the ingredients.4- Add shredded cheese. Cover and cook an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Switch to “keep warm” setting and serve with dippers directly out of the Crockpot.Can this Crockpot crab dip be frozen?Freezing is not recommended due to the high amount of dairy in this recipe. Completely cooled dip can be stored in a lidded container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave if desired.Can imitation crab meat be used?Fresh, real crab meat is definitely going to taste the best, but it might not be in everyone’s budget.
