The perfect Valentine’s Day dessert recipe for the family! I know I’m partial, but my boys are so adorable. 🙂 Of course I’m talking about all three, but in this case I’m referring to my two older ones. At 4 and almost 7 years old, they are ALL ABOUT mommy’s dessert concoctions. Wesley’s the lucky duck who is only in preschool three mornings each week, so he’s usually here when I’m baking up something special to share here on the blog. He is also usually hiding under the kitchen table, right next to my photography set-up, just waiting until I’m done. And yes, he’s usually the one to taste-test the photo-ready dessert. I’m a total push-over! Just yesterday I had put together a few mini-trifle glasses of these Cherry Cream Cheese Brownie Crumble desserts. Photos were all done and they were sitting on the counter. Paul came walking through the back door with Silas, who he just picked up from school. What’s the first thing I hear out of Wesley’s mouth? “SI! Mom made a cherry brownie cake!!!” And then what does Silas say? “YAY!! Mom made brownie cake!!” Cue little boys jumping up and down in the kitchen. And yes, this scene plays out at least once a week when I make something sweet to try out for the blog. I told you they were adorable! 🙂 These Cherry Cream Cheese Brownie Crumbles are an amazing, EASY dessert idea – perfect to celebrate upcoming Valentine’s Day with your little Valentines. My mouth is watering already – yum! I really love being able to stock up on these great Pillsbury™ products at Walmart when I stop by during my weekly trip. There’s really no need to make brownies completely from scratch when these delicious mixes are available – and they taste amazing. It’s a great excuse to #MixUpAMoment with my little boys during Valentine’s Day! I think we’ll share the next batch with their Grandparents, too.
