Overnight oats are prepared and refrigerated for a few hours, usually with rolled oats, Silk almond milk, and other ingredients, and then eaten cold. The oats soak up the liquid, so there’s no need to heat or cook them before eating! How to make Carrot Cake Overnight Oats: In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Silk, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
