  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup SilkĀ® Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 6 tbsp old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1/4 cup raisins


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, almond milk, brown sugar, and spices until smooth.

  2. Stir in carrot, oats, pineapple, and raisins.

  3. Divide into two mason jars.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours before serving.
