Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup SilkĀ® Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 6 tbsp old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, almond milk, brown sugar, and spices until smooth.
  • Stir in carrot, oats, pineapple, and raisins.
  • Divide into two mason jars.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours before serving.
