Carrot Cake Overnight Oats made with Greek yogurt, almond milk, oats, brown sugar, grated carrot, raisins, and pineapple.
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, almond milk, brown sugar, and spices until smooth.
Stir in carrot, oats, pineapple, and raisins.
Divide into two mason jars.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours before serving.
