I feel like when we have parties around my family, the dips and snacks are just as important as the food! During the summer when we have get togethers – for Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Wesley’s birthday at the end of July, or just for any old reason – we usually make my dad grill burgers and barbeque chicken (HA) and the rest is up to us. Potato salad, balsamic strawberry salad (my sister’s recipe), and TONS of dips and snacks. My mouth is watering just thinking of it all!    This BBQ Dip is such a great way to use your favorite BBQ sauce – spread over ranch cream cheese and topped with layers of bacon (YES), tomato, green onion, and cheddar. Let this dip come to room temperature before serving for optimal dippage! 🙂        My brother and both my boys INHALED this dip!
