Copycat BBQ Chicken Snack Wrap By Kelly Miller • July12,2013 • Updated January 13, 2020 • 8 Comments2.3K4 One of my favorite dollar menu items, on the cheap at home! Chicken, BBQ sauce, cheddar, spring mix, and tomatoes – no “snack” here, this one’s a full meal! Do you ever struggle with what to serve at lunch? At least once a week we have chicken nuggets. Don’t judge, you do it too. I mean come on, it’s just easy. But you know what, I really don’t like microwave chicken nuggets! So I made one of these for myself and you know what? Both of the kids wanted one, too! 🙂 Copycat BBQ Chicken Snack Wrap makes one wrap sandwich 4-5 frozen chicken fries (or nuggets, cut in half length-wise) 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce 2 slices tomato 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup spring mix 1 flour tortilla Prepare chicken fries/nuggets/strips as directed on package either in the microwave or the oven. Drizzle 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce on tortilla. Layer chicken, spring mix, tomato, and shredded cheddar, and then top with the remaining 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce. Roll up like a burrito and cut in half. This is enough for one adult, or two kids (one half wrap each). Oh my word, things that are so easy shouldn’t taste so good!! What are some things you serve your kids for lunch? 2.3K4
