Perfect for pasta or soups! A couple of months ago I had the privelege to guest post on the Gooseberry Patch blog. I shared three amazing bread recipes that can be made with Bisquick, or my DIY Baking Mix (which is what I used). Who knew that stuff could be so versatile? And your only excuse for not making the DIY kind is if you don’t have a large food processor at home. But put it on your list to get. 🙂 This Cheddar Parmesan Bread seriously smelled like pizza was in the oven, I kid you not! I served this with a hot bowl of Spinach Tortellini Soup — the wedges were perfect for dipping. Really though, it didn’t need anything else. We could have eaten the whole thing by itself, it was really that good! You can’t beat a delicious bread made in one bowl and popped in the oven! This recipe came from Gooseberry Patch’s Almost Homemade – one of my favorite cookbooks. Parmesan Bread Easy Parmesan Bread recipe made with Bisquick baking mix, Parmesan, cheddar, oregano, milk, and eggs. This may be the one–and I am so excited to try it once I get my food processor replaced this week. Thank you for sharing! Reply
