Pecan pie is one of our absolute favorites, and it’s so easy to incorporate that sweet, nutty flavor into a hot cup of coffee! When I think of the holidays coming up, I get so incredibly excited to host my favorite people for a fun time at our house. This coffee is great to set out on a table with the different toppings and mix-in ingredients, along with pie of course! What kind of coffee is used in this recipe? Dunkin’ Donuts Original Blend ground coffee is what I used in this recipe and what I recommend. It’s a delicious, medium roast coffee that is our favorite in this house! Where can I find maple extract? Maple extract is usually located in the baking aisle along with the other extracts and spices. I found maple extract in this location at my local Walmart. Denise Trawick says July 19, 2019 at 4:04 am Made this pecan pie coffee using International Delight Southern Butter Pecan flavored Coffee Creamer with the Maple Extract used homemade Whipped Cream with scant amount Maple Extract to flavor whipped cream. This P.P.Coffee was better than any purchased at any expensive Coffee Shop. The Southern Butter Pecan Coffee Creamer I purchase at WALMART, Publix and DOLLar General. THANKS!!!! Looking forward to our FALL season—Cooler weather when we drink even more COFFEE in Lower ALABAMA! Reply
