Grilled Bacon Corn on the Cob is the best summer side dish! Fresh corn on the cob with butter and pepper, then wrapped with bacon and drizzled with BBQ sauce! I’m not sure about your family, but we’ve been waiting ALL YEAR LONG to get back to grilling season. And it is finally here! Our favorite memories of spring and summer are spent enjoying the beautiful weather and grilling out as much as possible. Grilled corn has always been one of our favorites each year and this Grilled Bacon Corn on the Cob just brings it to a whole new level! With fresh corn, butter, McCormick® Black Pepper, and Stubb’s® Original Bar-B-Q Sauce, this would be a great dish to bring to a summer cookout. I guarantee your family and friends will be blown away by this one for sure! Where can I find fresh corn on the cob? Walmart typically carries fresh corn on the cob in the fresh produce department in early spring through fall each year. Be sure to thoroughly check each ear of corn – you can even peel the leaves off before purchasing. How long do you grill corn on the cob? Corn is usually done after 30 minutes on the grill over medium high heat. How to make Grilled Bacon Corn on the Cob: Lay ear of corn on a piece of foil. Spread butter and sprinkle McCormick® Black Pepper over the corn. Wrap ear of corn with one slice of bacon. Drizzle Stubb’s® Original Bar-B-Q Sauce over corn. Wrap tightly with foil. Repeat with remaining ears of corn. Place wrapped corn directly on grill and cook until done. I love being able to easily pick up the ingredients for my summer grilling recipes at Walmart – usually during my weekly online grocery pickup! Our summer pantry would not be complete without my McCormick® spices or our favorite Stubb’s® Original Bar-B-Q Sauce – both are staples for all of our grilling needs. Do I need a gas grill or a charcoal grill for this recipe? Either works great! You may need to adjust the cook time for a charcoal grill since I tested this recipe on a gas grill. Charcoal grills can sometimes have uneven heat pockets. Serving suggestions with grilled corn: Grilled burgers and hot dogs Grilled BBQ chicken Fresh garden grown salad with homemade salad dressing Endless possibilities!
