Graham Cracker Cake By Kelly Miller • January18,2014 • Updated January 18, 2022 • 8 Comments 7.6K 8 Jump to Recipe Graham Cracker Cake takes plain old yellow cake mix layered with a graham cracker, brown sugar, pecan streusel, and finished off with a simple icing drizzle. No one would know it started with a box! I know I’m alienating myself here by saying this, but I do love the winter. I just absolutely love spending time with my little family and the thought of being snowed in, all of us stuck here together, it just makes me smile! As the boys get older, I’m realizing how precious the time we’ll have together really is. All four of us goes separate ways during the week: daycare, preschool, work, college classes, more work… I know we’re not the only ones, but still. We’re planning to start Silas in T-ball this spring and I know that is really starting a new phase in our family. So you can see why snow days make me smile. All four of us under one roof for the day. Usually involving some sort of Crockpot meal. The Keurig machine works on overdrive. Wreck It Ralph, Finding Nemo, and Monsters University are watched back-to-back. Cold little piggies under blankets. Of course loads of tickles and little boy laughs. I don’t know about you, but as for me and my house, I’m praying for a blizzard. 🙂 This Graham Cracker Bundt Cake is such a great winter cake. It starts with a cake mix and graham cracker crumbs, pantry staple ingredients that you can fix easily if you’re stuck inside for the day. The simple icing drizzle really puts the finishing touch on the cake, I’m sure it would be quite popular for a bake sale too! So pretty, don’t you think? Yum! And around here it's so bitter! Anyway….this cake looks awesome – love the addition of graham cracker crumbs! Reply
