You can easily substitute whatever fruit pie filling you have on hand instead of cherry. Apple and strawberry pie fillings work really great with these flavors!
Berry Crisp can be frozen before baking, just cover tightly with heavy duty foil before freezing. You can thaw it first before baking as directed, or bake it frozen and add at least 20 minutes to the cooking time.
Quick cooking oats can be substituted for old fashioned oats, the topping just won't be as crisp as the original version.
Leftovers (if you have any!) should be portioned out in individual plastic containers with lids and refrigerated until ready to eat.
