- 17.5 oz pkg sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 eggs divided
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups blueberry pie filling divided
In a medium bowl, mix together sugar cookie mix, melted butter, and one egg.
Spray a square baking dish with non stick spray.
Press half of sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the baking dish.
In a separate bowl, beat together remaining egg, cream cheese, and sugar with a hand mixer.
Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Stir in 1 cup of blueberry pie filling.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over top of sugar cookie layer in baking dish.
Crumble remaining cookie dough and drop on top of blueberry cream cheese layer.
Spoon remaining 1/2 cup blueberry pie filling on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes or until edges are brown.
Cool completely before serving.
