Pesto Chicken Tortellini Skillet
Pesto chicken tortellini skillet dinner recipe with fresh chicken, broccoli, and tortellini for a quick weeknight dinner.

- 2 1/2 cups frozen cheese tortellini
- 14 oz frozen broccoli florets
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Parmesan cheese
Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding frozen broccoli along with it.
Meanwhile, saute chicken in deep skillet until almost cooked. Add garlic and continue cooking until chicken is done and browned on the edges.
Stir in pesto, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in cooked tortellini and broccoli. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
