Buffalo Chicken Salad
Buffalo chicken salad uses hot sauce, celery, and spices along with cooked shredded chicken.

- 3 12 oz cans cooked chicken drained
- 2 stalks celery diced fine
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- optional serving suggestions: 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls, whole wheat wraps, or mixed salad greens
In a large bowl, combine chicken and celery.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
