Stir Fried Zucchini
Stir fried zucchini recipe using fresh zucchini, sliced onions, and minced garlic with soy sauce and sesame seed.
Servings 4 servings
- 2 medium zucchini sliced into strips lengthwise
- 1 onion sliced thin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seed
- 1/2 tbsp fresh chives
- salt to taste
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a deep skillet. Saute zucchini and onion for 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute another 3 - 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in soy sauce and sesame seed and cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped chives. Add salt to taste.
