Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini sliced into strips lengthwise
  • 1 onion sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh chives
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil over medium heat in a deep skillet. Saute zucchini and onion for 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute another 3 - 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in soy sauce and sesame seed and cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped chives. Add salt to taste.
