  • 1 lb ziti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 30 oz pizza sauce
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella
  • oregano
  • garlic powder


  • While pasta is cooking in boiling water, brown ground beef in skillet.
  • Drain and add chopped pepperoni (reserve about 15 slices), pizza sauce, oregano, and garlic powder.
  • Allow to simmer about 10 minutes.
  • Pour ground beef mixture into pot with drained, cooked pasta.
  • Add 2 cups mozzarella and mix well. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish (or two 8x8 dishes).
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese and top with remaining slices of pepperoni.
  • Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
