  • 2 green peppers
  • 1/2 cup Zesty Italian salad dressing
  • 2/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 8 boneless pork chops


  • Core green peppers and slice into rings.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together dressing and mustard.
  • Lay the pork chops in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Spread green pepper rings over pork chops.
