Amish Baked Oatmeal
Amish Baked Oatmeal recipe with quick oats, sugar, egg, and milk.
Servings 4 servings
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cup quick oats
- cold milk for serving, if desired
In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg.
Add in milk, butter, oil, and vanilla.
Add in sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add in quick oats.
Spread mixture into a 8 inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Allow oatmeal to cool slightly before serving.
Serve with cold milk if desired.
