Grilled Bone In Pork Chops
Grilled bone in pork chops with a marinade using soy sauce, honey, and water and cooked on an outdoor gas grill.

- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2/3 cup water
- 8 bone in pork chops
Whisk soy sauce, honey, and water in a small bowl.
Place pork chops in a single layer in a large pan.
Pour soy sauce mixture evenly over pork chops.
Cover pan and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
Preheat outdoor gas grill to 500 degrees.
Remove pork chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and place chops on grill.
Grill pork chops for 9 minutes and then flip.
Grill pork chops for another 9 minutes, or until the internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145 degrees.
