  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 8 bone in pork chops


  • Whisk soy sauce, honey, and water in a small bowl.
  • Place pork chops in a single layer in a large pan.
  • Pour soy sauce mixture evenly over pork chops.
  • Cover pan and refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  • Preheat outdoor gas grill to 500 degrees.
  • Remove pork chops from marinade (discarding marinade) and place chops on grill.
  • Grill pork chops for 9 minutes and then flip.
  • Grill pork chops for another 9 minutes, or until the internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145 degrees.
  • Serve immediately.
