Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/4 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  • Peel and cube potatoes and place in a stock pot.
  • Cover with water and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium low, cover with a lid, and cook for 25 – 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Drain and transfer potatoes to the bowl of a stand mixer.
  • Beat until mashed.
  • Add remaining ingredients and beat until creamy.
