19 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini 10 oz frozen peas 1 cup half and half 1 tablespoon flour 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon kosher salt 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Cook tortellini according to package directions.
Meanwhile in a large skillet, stir together half and half, flour, mozzarella, cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Add in frozen peas, cooked tortellini, and bacon.
Reduce heat to low and simmer until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Sauce will continue to thicken as it stands.
