Ingredients

  • 19 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 10 oz frozen peas
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile in a large skillet, stir together half and half, flour, mozzarella, cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Add in frozen peas, cooked tortellini, and bacon.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • Sauce will continue to thicken as it stands.
