3eggs
1/2cupmelted butter
1/4cupwater
8ozpouch Reese's Minischopped
For the peanut butter mousse
1cupcreamy peanut butter
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1 1/4cuppowdered sugar
8ozpackage Cool Whipthawed
1/4cupmilk chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs.
Add brownie mix, melted butter, and water, and stir until well combined (batter will be a bit lumpy).
Stir in 3/4 cup chopped minis.
Spread batter into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 32 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out almost clean. Cool completely.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese.
Add in powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gently fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over cooled brownies.
Sprinkle remaining chopped Reese's Minis over mousse topping.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate chips at 30 second intervals until melted.
Drizzle over brownies. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
