Zucchini Soup recipe with ground beef, crushed tomatoes, chopped zucchini, and spices.
Saute ground beef and frozen peppers and onions in a large pot until beef is browned.
Drain and return to skillet.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, a can full of water, garlic salt, and zucchini.
Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
