Caesar Green Bean Casserole
Steamed green beans tossed in a homemade Caesar vinaigrette and baked until hot, this is a lighter twist to the normal holiday side dish!

- 16 oz green beans fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter melted
Steam green beans in a steamer basked placed in boiling water for about 5 minutes (8 - 10 minutes if green beans are frozen).
Place green beans in a 2 quart baking dish. Stir in oil, vinegar, onion, and garlic.
In a small bowl, stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle over green beans in dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until bread crumbs are golden.
