1 cup buttermilk 3 tbsp canola oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 3 tbsp sugar 2 cups flour 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Nutella® Hazelnut Spread
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, oil, and vanilla.
Add in sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
Divide batter evenly among 12 paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Serve cooled muffins with a swirl of Nutella® hazelnut spread.
