Ingredients Needed:
fresh strawberries
Bisquick baking mix
sugar
egg
melted butter
whipped cream or vanilla ice cream

1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Bisquick baking mix and sugar until well combined.

2. Add in the beaten egg. Stir again well to incorporate the egg into the dry ingredients. The mixture should be slightly dry and crumbly.

3. Spread the sliced strawberries into a greased baking dish. Then, sprinkle the Bisquick mixture evenly over the strawberries.

4. Pour melted butter over top of the crumbled baking mix mixture. It’s okay if it doesn’t moisten all of the baking mix!

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes. The cobbler should be golden brown on top.
