1 lb ground beef 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 egg 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup ketchup 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup pineapple preserves
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix with hands until everything is combined.
Press ground beef mixture into loaf pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar, and pineapple preserves.
Pour over meatloaf in pan and bake an additional 20 minutes, or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Slice and serve.
