Ingredients

  • for the crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • for the filling:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries

Instructions

  • For the crust, mix the flour, butter, and powdered sugar.
  • Press into a greased 9x13 dish and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
  • Cream together the eggs and sugar using a hand mixer.
  • Stir in salt, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice, and flour until well combined.
  • Gently add blueberries to filling mixture.
  • Pour filling over slightly cooled crust.
  • Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
