3 medium bananas mashed 1/3 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup chunky applesauce 2 eggs beaten 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 3/4 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips
In a medium bowl, mix together bananas, buttermilk, applesauce, and eggs.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Add in the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
