- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 potatoes washed and quartered
- 3 carrots sliced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
Spray inside of Crock-Pot with nonstick spray and place chicken in the bottom.
Spread veggies on top of chicken.
In small bowl, mix honey and mustard, pour over top of vegetables.
Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
When done, remove veggies and chicken from slow cooker and serve with the extra honey mustard sauce.
