Ingredients

  • 14 oz can Rotel
  • 15 oz can chili
  • 15 oz can corn undrained
  • 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • water
  • shredded cheddar
  • sour cream

Instructions

Crockpot directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker along with a 15oz can's worth of water.
  • Cover and cook on low 4 hours.

Stove top directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in stock pot.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes.
