Easy Lasagna Soup

Easy Lasagna Soup recipe made with ground beef, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, bow tie pasta, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Everyone loves this soup!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 28 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
  • 15 oz jar pasta sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 1/2 cups bowtie pasta cooked until just about done
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Brown and drain ground beef in stock pot, and return to pot.
  • Add tomatoes, pasta sauce, broth, water, and Italian seasoning.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked pasta and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve with crusty bread and mozzarella cheese.
